  • It typically takes a full-time student taking approximately 15 credits per semester four years to complete the bachelor’s degree program.

Methodology

In accordance with the National Association of Colleges and Employers Standards and Protocols for First Destination Surveys, the University of New 51¶ºÄÌ’s Career Development Center uses a three-phase methodology to ascertain the employment and advanced education outcomes of each graduating class. The annual outcomes project is administered each summer to graduating classes at the six-months out, one-year out, and six-years out timeframes.

The three-part methodology included:

  • Online survey created by the University’s Career Development Center and its Office of Academic Assessment is sent to the last known email addresses of graduates
  • Phone call from the University’s Career Development Center to any targeted graduate who did not complete the online survey to either verbally administer the survey or to direct graduates to the online survey
  • Online research conducted by the University’s Career Development Center to locate employment and advanced education outcomes of targeted graduates using free, publicly accessible sites such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Google.
