We are providing this information as a resource to assist University of New 51 students and families as they navigate processes related to billing, financial aid, and registration. Important Information and Updates |

Billing Information
As a reminder, tuition bills for the Spring 2025 semester and Winter Intersession are due on Monday, December 16, 2024. Students can access their tuition bill in ePay via the .
Outstanding Fall 2024 Balances: If you have an outstanding balance for the Fall 2024 semester, please be sure your balance is paid in full by the end of the fall term (December 18, 2024). Failure to pay your remaining balance by this date may put your account in jeopardy of being transferred to our Internal Collections Department. Please contact bursar@newhaven.edu if you have any questions regarding your balance.

Last Chance to Enroll in the Spring 2025 Monthly Installment Plan (optional)
The University offers an interest-free monthly installment option which allows you to spread out your payment for the spring semester over a period of months. ճ deadline to enroll is December 16, 2024.
Please Note: The first monthly payment was due on December 1. If you enroll now, you will be required to make your first monthly payment immediately once you are notified that your plan has been added. Further information regarding the plan can be ڴdzܲԻ h.

Financial Aid Reminders
ճ 2025-2026 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is now available to complete online at . It is recommended you complete the form as soon as possible as this will give the Financial Aid Office ample time to review the form and notify you if any additional documentation is needed.

Free Loan Counseling Services from ECMC Solutions
The University has teamed up with a non-profit organization, ECMC Solutions, to provide FREE loan counseling services to help students manage their federal student loans.
Contact ECMC Solutions for any of your student loan questions:
- One-on-one federal student loan repayment advice
- Lower the interest on your loan
- Repayment plan options – choosing a long-term option
- Forbearances and deferments – what they are and when might you need them?
Students can take advantage of these FREE services by contacting ECMC Solutions via phone, email, or virtual appointment. ECMC also offers a free webinar series to support borrowers as they navigate repayment.

End of Term
Congratulations, January 2025 graduates! All your hard work has paid off! The mailing of diplomas will begin on or around January 13, 2025.
Բ g for fall 2024 should be available in SSB (Self-Service Banner) via the myCharger portal the first week of January.
Official transcripts will not be available until end of term processing is completed. When placing an order for an official transcript that includes the fall 2024 term, please check the “Hold for Grades” box to be sure that your grades and GPA for the current term are included. If you expect your degree to be conferred at the end of fall 2024, please also check the “Hold for Degree” box so the conferral date will be listed on your transcript. You can order an official transcript from this webpage.
